First Offender Records Request

Pursuant to Georgia House Bill 162, case records for defendant's sentenced under the First Offender Act after July 1, 2026 are sealed. To Obtain copies of documents or proceedings filed in a First Offender case, you must meet the eligibility requirements established by law. Request will be reviewed to determine whether you are authorized to access these records.
